How to make it
- Soak the basil seeds in water for fifteen minutes until they swell1 tbsp
- Boil the falooda sev, drain and cool it2 tbsp
- Pour the syrup into the bottom of the tall glass30 ml
- Layer the soaked seeds and the sev on top of it
- Pour chilled milk slowly down the side so the layers stay150 ml
- Crown with a scoop of ice cream and the nuts1 scoop
Garnish: dried rose petals and chopped nuts
